If you do not participate in Open Enrollment, you will be enrolled in the same benefits you had the year prior, AND:
- You will be charged the spousal surcharge of $100 per month (if covering a spouse)
- You will be charged the tobacco user surcharge of $50 per month for you and your covered spouse (if covering a spouse)
- You will not be enrolled in a savings plan such as the Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account
